This was my first and last visit to Pierre Alexandre. I went in for a blow dry, but wouldn’t go back or recommend it. My appointment was booked for 2pm but I didn’t sit down until 2:40pm, there was no explanation or apology. I have thick hair which the stylist didn’t seem to know how to handle. My hair was barely dry and very frizzy by the time she’d finished, and I had to ask for her to go over it with the straighteners. I went home and redid my hair myself as soon as I left.
