I had a great experience! My appointment started on time, the hairdresser (Mellissa) took the time at the beginning of the appointment to find out exactly what I was looking for and I never felt rushed at all :) My hair turned out great and I was overall very happy with the experience

Loud, not relaxing, chairs too close together.stylist was clumsy,dropping equipment and in such a rush she banged my head with dryer or tugged on my hair far too often. Result not bad surprisingly but experience was awful.
