I never normally leave a bad review but I am really quite sad about the whole thing. I tried to escalate it to management without publicly posting, but that wasn’t dealt with properly either so I want to let people know. The place was dirty, there was hair everywhere including lots of it in the sink I was taken to to get my hair washed. I asked for as little of my hair length to be taken off as possible, and said I needed to look tidier as my job had changed. Honestly the cut was shocking. I had had a rough day so just wanted to go home but when I got home I could confirm how bad it was. Terrible styling, and literally a third of the length had been chopped off. It even looked terrible in a pony tail. I was really upset. I booked into another salon and had it cut 6 days later (once I had taken pictures of the bad cut). Friends, family and the (very good) hairdresser I went to afterwards all commented on how horrendous (and short) my hair looked. After calling to complain, which I NEVER do, I was told I will not be getting a refund. I would advise not going, there is another great salon nearby which is clean and offers great service and fab styling!

Last minute trip to have my hair cut. Was taken downstairs to the salon their which looked a bit worn and tired. Overall the hair cut was good with time taken to discuss what I wanted. Staff were really friendly. Just felt for a city centre salon it's ready for a refurb.

Great staff. Ashley who did the treatment made my hair look and feel fabulous. Very professional but good fun to chat too as I was there for over 2 hours.
