Booked for a special occasion, got there for them to tell me they “tried” 3 times to call me and tell me they had to cancel my appointment, (my phone was with me all day and no phone call), went across the road and got told by the staff in there that the salon usually overbooks and cancels people if they’re too busy. Will not waste my time booking here again. Very unprofessional!!!

I had a lovely time- I don’t usually like getting my hair cut, but the hairdresser really looked after me and put me at ease. I will be booking In for my trim very soon!
