I loved my hair and the lady who cut my hair was fantastic. I just always find the reception staff a bit rude, like they absolutely don’t want to be there. I had to stand and wait for 5 minutes until one of them acknowledged me at the reception as they were having a chat/ complaining and it was quite awkward. This happened the last time I was there as well so unfortunately it wasn’t a one off.

The stylist had not listened to what I wanted and the picture I showed her, she used her expertise and went for a different style which ended up looking rubbish, very disappointed. However the service is good, the offered me tea, the staff were nice. It is extremely over priced and over rated
