My appointment has been moved a week later due to ''unexpected circumastances'' which created confusion from the start as the message has not been comunicated with other memebers of staff or treatwell. Hence they have overbooked their appointments, which has caused havoc on a Saturday afternoon with noone knowing who's going to cut my hair. The girl that has been washing my hair have not smiled once, or actually spoke at all - giving an impression that they did not want to be there. The haircut overall I was pleased with, however I would have hoped it wasn't so rushed. It made me feel like they wanted to have customers in and out as soon as possible and I do believe the communication in the salon has to be better, as well as the overall abience.
Was okay for the price I paid but they need to keep an eye on cleanliness as I was given a gown with someone else’s hair on it twice. However, my stylist was lovely and did a great job!
