i was actually charged more than i had prebooked for. unfortuntely i didnt realise till after i had left the premises.

Great value and really like the way my hair was styled. Felt the customer service could have been better, wasn't offered a drink and felt communication between staff wasn't great as I was waiting a while between having my hair washed and getting it cut. The hairdresser didn't realise I was waiting.

Was good. Looks a bit dark downstairs so felt a bit strange... the stylist knew what I wanted and overcame my fear of going to the hairdresser. A young lad was doing the shampooing , maybe less pressure on the head when massaging ... was not as relaxing
