I believe the lady who cut my hair was called Melissa (I’m terrible with names, I’m sorry if that’s not right!) She was excellent and really friendly! I didn’t really know what I wanted but I told her my hair complaints and she knew exactly what to do. I love my haircut and it feels so much better, and it looks cute! Thank you so much!

Awful! They had no appointment booked in for me! Blamed it on the Treatwell booking system :( very disappointed they could not fit me in and on the day before my holiday

So didn’t do a full coverage of colour - had to go back and only corrected half of head. Felt a bit cheeky for price

My first visit to Pierre Alexandre and first time to use treatwell. I was recommended by a friend and left feeling fabulous! I booked a last minute cut and blow dry before a holiday and was very impressed. Beyond value for money will definitely be returning!
