I had the Kebelo Smoothing treatment which is supposed to last 100 days. I booked it with a director and my expectations were very high as I have friends who have had the Brazilian Blow dry and are very happy with the result. I wanted to avoid using the straighteners every morning so I decided to give it a try.
I have medium length, thick and very frizzy (but still manageable) hair. The stylist was nice, however, she kept repeating how thick my hair was and pulling my hair while she was doing the treatment.
On the other hand, Pierre Alexandre Hairdressing is full of apprentices who don't seem to care about doing a good job for the clients. I paid £100 for this treatment and I got my hair washed by an apprentice who pulled my hair very roughly and didn't follow the procedures given by the director (she was told to leave a product for 5 minutes but she didn't wait that long).
I went home with a nice hair done, but no difference between this time and other times at the hairdressing without a Brazilian Blow Dry treatment.
Finally, the stylist first said that I could wash my hair straight after the treatment (strange as I had read that you need to wait 48/72 hours) which didn't give me much confidence on her. However, I have waited 48 hours to give time for the product to get absorbed into my hair before washing it using a sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner. The result has been quite disappointing. The treatment has made no much difference. My hair is still frizzy, maybe a bit smoother, but overall I am not happy at all with the experience at Pierre Alexandre Hairdressing. I do not think I will spend one more pound there.

A great experience - I've recently moved to Manchester and have been trying to find somewhere where I can come regularly for a good haircut. The places I have been to so far (mainly gents barbers) have given me one standard haircut which was a mess after a couple of weeks. Hayley one of the stylists was assigned to me. She cut my hair as exactly described and quickly. I was very happy with the haircut and service.
