i got a great haircut from my stylist and most of the staff were friendly and chatty. however the only let downs were the receptionist - who pulled her face at a customer on the phone whilst I was trying to pay and one of the assistants, who whilst my stylist was cutting my hair walked around the salon trying out different products on her self.
