Was early to the appointment so was expecting to be waiting but got seen straight away. The stylist listened to exactly what I wanted and I’m super happy with the result!
The stylist could be a little friendly and keep her ego aside! She cut the hair really well but was full of ego!
What matters is the customer is satisfied at the end and what the customer wants so it would be great if she was a little more friendly!
The moment when I was paying and she figured I booked it from treatwell, she has a weird look on her face cause treatwell gives good offers and she wanted more money!
Hayley is a fantastic hairdresser who has great skill in both cutting and colouring and is happy to share tips with you on how to best look after your hair. I left the salon feeling fantastic after my appointment and I will definitely be back!
My appointment was at 6pm after work, however I received 4 calls at 5 which was to see if I could come earlier whilst I was at work. When I arrived at 6pm, the receptionist was moaning about a certain customer to two other staff which wasnt nice to hear. The receptionist doesnt have any customer service skills and made me wait at the till before she finished her conversation to ask me whether I had an appointment. My hairdresser herself was nice and it was an OK haircut.
