The hairdresser didn’t speak to me for the full hour, cut a lot of my hair off regardless of me saying I wanted minimal taken off. thinned my hair even though I didn’t ask them to, I was day dreaming and then noticed he had the thinning scissors in my hair. Overall, wouldn’t go back.
