I am usually a fussy customer and cab get nervous when going to new hairdressers as I've had bad experiences in the past. However, the staff were fantastic and the overall haircut was amazing! Very happy with it! They didn't mess around with my hair putting in fancy oils and creams or whatever, they washed it, cut it and blow dried it which is exactly what I wanted. No faffing around. Would definitely go again!!

My appointment was cancelled on the day. I understand that things do happen but I was not informed until I contacted the salon; they did not attempt to contact me. They made very little effort to accommodate me. As it was a Saturday appointment, I was unable to book any where else so last minute.

Hayle was great, she asked me what I wanted,listened then suggested what she thought would be best. She was right, it looks and feels a lot better. I will definitely return.
