When I arrived and met the (really lovely) lady who did my hair said that I booked a different treatment, after some conversation with the receptionist, she started working whilst telling me how she was short of time to get the work done, she did work very efficiently and speedily to put the bleach on, in slightly rough with my hair! The hairdresser was very experienced and professional just once the toner was applied it didn’t end up the colour I had asked for a lot cooler blonde than what I wanted. The blow dry was amazing my hair stayed curly for days! I now think though that I have to go to my “usual” hairdressers and get the colour sorted so I’m happy with it which is a real shame. I would try here again but will look elsewhere first ... I cannot fault the staff in terms of being really approachable and friendly just not the best colour.

Fantastic, no wait time, great cup of tea provided. Lovely hair dresser who listened to exactly what I wanted and I love the result - will definitely be returning!
