It was my first visit and I was quite nervous because I've had bad haircuts before and I was really hoping it would be decent; it was beyond what I hoped for. The staff were all lovely and my hairdresser was brilliant; she was so sweet and friendly. I love how the hair wash is included because I've never had that done at a hairdresser's before and it made me feel so relaxed. My hairdresser kept a good level of communication with me so that the haircut would be how I wanted it and I loved her work. She did an excellent job and the ambience of the place makes it really feel like you're treating yourself.
I can't think of anything more to ask for from my visit, it was brilliant.

Wasnt overly impressed.
I felt very rushed and not relaxed at all. Ive been here before and enjoyed it but the last time it was terrible.

The hairdresser listened to exactly what I wanted and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy- and she gave me a fab blow dry too, the first time in ages I’ve left a hair dresser actually happy with the outcome!
