they did not have my booking which meant I had to wait 30 mins for an available hairdresser. I paid for the director and ended up with a senior which they proceeded to charge me once they found my booking from Treatwell. other than this the hairdresser was good as I urgently needed a trim. unlikely to book them via Treatwell based on this experience. if I do go back I will probably book direct to ensure my appointment.
