Absolutely terrible. Hairdresser Melissa rushed through the appointment and left hair blocky and uneven. I wish I had refused to pay as I was leaving. Going back to the hairdresser's again to complain and I didn't even receive an apology and a call back from the management as promised. Never ever go to Pierre Alexander.

This was my first visit to this salon and will definitely be going back. I had my hair cut by Jack who was so chatty and talked me through everything about what he was going to do with my hair, very informative! Also the girl who washed my hair (don’t know her name) was really nice and we had a good chat too. Would recommend.
