Very good experience of Pierre Alexander - was made to feel very welcome, offered a cup of tea and given a nice head massage when my hair was being washed. Good chat before to establish what I wanted doing to my hair.

The place is overall quite nice. I had my haircut downstairs. Senior Nicola is nice. Chatted with me. My second time with them and would go back again.
