another great haircut from Rebecca, trying to grow out a very short cut that looked like a short mullet and it is being made much easier as Rebecca is cutting in so well that it feels like a great haircut each time rather than a style I have to put up with for now. If you are looking to change your hair or grow it out I would recommend you book in with her, she is lovely, listens to what you want and gives you a style that you can replicate at home without lots of faffing about.

I went in for a root colour cut and blow. What a treat! Staff were lovely and friendly made conversation with me. Had my hair washed by Liam who so so nice, he made a point of asking a few times was the water temperature ok and if I was comfortable and I got a nice head massage too. Staff asked if I would like a drink a few times too which was nice. Overall a really good experience I would go back.

Booked an appointment through the treatwell app. Was sent an email confirmation the day before my appt and a reminder text on the day of my appt. Turned up at the salon to be told they had double booked and wouldn’t be able to see me. The interaction was handled very unprofessionally and it was evident that the receptionist I spoke to was not genuinely apologetic. I was told someone had tried to call me but they could not provide details of when this was. I was offered a free treatment for the inconvenience but they wanted me to decide ASAP on an alternative appt which I obviously couldn’t do as I didn’t know my availability on the spot. Really really poor service and if you’d rather not be messed around I would book with another salon.
