I was a little worried after seeing the other reviews, but the place isn't bad if you know what you want and you're comfortable asking for it. My stylist (Johanna) worked patiently with me and delivered exactly what I wanted

Terrible. Ive has two appointments cancelled now, on the day I was supposed to get my hair done. The response from Pierre Alexandre “well it’s not our fault” will not be stepping foot back in this place.
