I had a great experience from start to finish at Pierre Alexandre. I loved the cut and colour by Ash, and will definitely visit again.

Paid upfront for my haircut through Treatwell but was asked to pay £10 more when I arrived. Wasn't offered a drink or made to feel particularly welcome. Not the greatest salon experience and won't go again.

I made extreme change to my hair style and I booked it with studio I'd never been before. The environment was very friendly and I was well understood what I was trying to achieve. One of my best experiences I've ever had.
