Nicola was great, she talked me through the colour and cut and told me what would be best for my hair but also asked me what I wanted, the outcome was better than I’d hoped and was great value for money. The actual premises could have been a bit nicer, I was downstairs and it felt a bit grotty, there were deliveries everywhere but upstairs was nicer.
