Had a really great cut from Jack. he really listened to what I wanted and talked me through the style. However the salon downstairs was grubby. the gown, seat and station all had someone else's hair all over it and was clearly in middle of some refurb.

I purchased a cut and blow and it was OK for the price. I booked last minute so was under the impression I was getting a bargain but it wasn't really a deal and I would have never paid any more than £20. I wanted a nice blow dry and was just getting the cut whilst I was there really - to get rid of any split ends. But it wasn't a salon blow, I could have done it better myself and my hair smelt of burning. The cut was ok, but very basic. It was quite rushed and I was in and out within 25 minutes and I have long hair. I was disappointed with the service and the look and feel of the place. The upstairs salon is clean, sleek and ambient but I got my cut downstairs in the basement which has the opposite feel. The Pierre Alexandre staff were friendly.
