Had my hair trimmed by Emma and I didn’t have a great experience. She cut the back fine but didn’t cut the sides. She was preoccupied and seemed like she was in a bad mood and quite negative. I feel like I didn’t get her full attention and felt uncomfortable. She had a colour on another lady and cut my hair whilst it was developing. I feel like if you can’t give your client your full attention you shouldn’t do both. A 40 minute appointment turned in to 15 minutes.

I booked for highlights but after discussion and assessment I received a free hand bleach treatment and toner, great advice given, prompt service and self service blow dry saved me some money! Would recommend 👌🙌🏼
