My appointment with Tom had to be cancelled and they were very quick to rearrange me appointment for exactly the same day with James. Very impressed with my cut and advice from James and his overall very friendly and professional nature.

I turned up 10 minutes early but still had to wait for 25 minutes for my pre-booked appointment. When I sat down in the chair, the hairdresser told me my hair was a mess (well, I had gone there to get it cut) and that he didn't think he could do much with it. He took the tiniest bit off of the ends and told me to come back in 2 months for a 'proper haircut' (I had gone in for a 'proper haircut' to begin with). I will not be returning - no one wants to leave a hairdressers feeling worse than when they went in.

This is the worst salon that I have ever been to. Jodie cut and coloured my hair- I asked for “subtle” highlights and ended up coming out of the salon with the most disgusting streaks that ran out of the foil into the rest of my hair and ruined my clothing, my hair was a combination of about 5 different colours. The haircut was also terrible, cut all at different lengths. I had to return to the salon later that week to have it rectified, tom coloured my hair, he did a good job and James cut it. However, my hair doesn’t look any different to what it did when I first went in the salon - if anything I am in a worser position as it’s much shorter than what I wanted it as they had to even it up to the highest point. The reason why I booked this salon is because of the good reviews but I am very disappointed. Their customer service isn’t that great either, it has been 2 months since I was promised to have my hair rectified and done how I wanted it and have been let down, they also don’t want to refund me. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else, if I could rate it zero, I would have done.

The shop opened up late but in time for my appt as there had been a major accident and a water leak that caused disruption to traffic in leeds. Fortunately my stylist emma had managed to arrive in time for me. It was my first visit so not familiar with the shop. However I was made very welcome and was attended to straighg away. I had booked my appt for a monday so as expected the shop was quiet. My hair stylist was called emma and I can honestly say it was an excellent cut. She asked me twice if I was happy with the result and I said I was more than happy. If you want an excellent cut without paying the earth then this is for you. Top for value if you can be flexible with your days and dont mind if you dont always see the same hairdresser. However its still top value if you decide to book with the hairdresser of your choice. I did think there would be a catch but I paid exactly what they said I would pay.
