Haircut was fine but the whole experience felt very rushed. There were a lot of staff who spent the majority of time whispering amongst themselves which made it feel like they were talking about the clients. I wasn’t asked what type of shampoo I wanted and the girl washing my hair was very rough, I have a sensitive scalp which is a bit tender now as a result. I wasn’t asked how I wanted my hair blow drying and so it was dried flat and I prefer big and bouncy, also wasn’t given any option of styling at the end so was left with flat hair which I had to try and style myself at home.
Overall not the worst salon experience but I don’t think I’ll be back.
