I enjoyed the experience. The staff all seemed very young and slightly unprofessional e.g. bantering and gossiping infront of customers. But my haircolourist was lovely, did and good job and knew what she was doing. The male hairdresser also did a great job and was really lovely and professional
Best haircut I’ve had since I started colouring my hair. I’ve been trying to get the balayage look for 2 years now, about £300 later you could barely tell I’d dyed my hair. I came here and the colour difference is amazing and my hair looks so healthy. Done in only 2 hours and 20 mins and only £60. Really happy with the results and will definitely be returning. Staff really friendly too and listened to what I wanted.
I have been to this salon a few times now and on the whole I'm pleased with the services they provide. Ive had Tom for quite a few haircuts and he is fantastic as well as a great colourist with my ombre brunette to ash blonde look. I had Katie cut my hair and she made sure she knew exactly what I wanted.
My only issue was another girl who washed my hair after bleaching, she was very rough with the brush and pulled my hair a lot which not only hurt a little but probably caused damage to my hair straight after colouring...not ideal.
Great hair cut by Kate, unfortunately put off by the 'long/thick' hair surcharge. When I expressed my hair was neither of these they removed the charge. I have a graduated bob, maybe and inch below my jaw line at the front and my hair is fine. I felt this was pretty unfair to be asked to pay extra.
Although they did remove the charge it has put me off returning. As mentioned earlier Kate did an excellent cut, was very friendly and professional. It's seems a shame the staff are made to ask for this extra charge.
