The hairdresser was very friendly, made me feel immediately relaxed, and handled my requests very well, as well as giving her expert opinion as to what she thought would and wouldn't suit me. Great, fast and efficient customer service!
As always, Tom was fab. Never had a bad experience with him, he listens, gives suggestions and talks you through what he's doing. Definitely recommend!!
