First hair cut in Leeds - was very impressed! Sammy was fantastic very professional, attentive and gave extra tips for my curly hair :) Hard to fault as great value for money but if I had to say one thing that could be improved it would be the offer of a drink! Thank you for a lovely hair cut and salon experience.

Tom was amazing and gave me such a beautiful cut, and a lovely head massage during my wash snd condition. So relaxing, and the products used were beautiful! Will absolutely be coming back, so cheap for a hidden gem!
The appointment started on time, the salon was clean and light. Staff were all really friendly and made sure to offer me drinks and magazines. Katie cut my hair (I have really short hair) and she was really good at making sure to have my feedback at every stage, she was patient with how many times I asked her to take a little more off the back and was really good at checking that I liked both the look and feel of the cut. I came out with the haircut I wanted and had a pleasant experience getting it.
I was very happy with the colourist and stylist they did an excellent job, but I was stung with a bill much higher than I expected at the end which has left a sour taste regarding the experience. My £48 appointment ended I being £83. The price of a toner on the TW website is £5 but I was charged £15 and I wasn’t told the price of the other treatment which ended up being £25 - I would not have agreed to it if I had known. Very happy with the end result but quite disappointed about the additional charges.
