Got my hair cut and a full head of highlights with Emma who was lovely and cut my hair just how I wanted it. However I had booked a full head of highlights and told her I wanted to go much brighter (I am naturally dark blonde) but she said I didn’t need a full head (but still charged me for it) and I ended up with a very dark blonde/grey tint all over with friends commenting the next day that my hair was even darker than it had been the day before! Also got charged an additional £10 (not £5) for toner which was not optional.

Very quick, in and out. Staff are very friendly but I wasn't really given a moment to look at my haircut. Very rushed and once I got home I saw it wasn't as expected.

Katie is so friendly and cut and dyed my hair so well! she recommended what would look good and I trust her she knows what she's doing!
