Tom was amazing! He listened to exactly what I wanted but made sure it would suit me. He even went out of his way to ensure I wouldn’t get the annoying flicks in my hair later which normally gets forgotten. Thanks Tom!
I HAD ACCIDENTALLY BOOKED A CUT & TONER APPOINTMENT ONLINE INSTEAD OF THE CUT & FULL HEAD COLOUR I WANTED. I EXPLAINED THIS WHEN I ARRIVED AND THERE WASN’T ENOUGH TIME TO DO BOTH THAT EVENING BUT TOM WAS REALLY HELPFUL AND BOOKED ME IN FOR A SEPARATE COLOUR & BLOW DRY THE NEXT DAY. I ENDED UP HAVING TO RESCHEDULE DUE TO ILLNESS BUT AGAIN THE RECEPTIONIST WAS REALLY UNDERSTANDING AND BOOKED ME IN FOR WHEN SUITED ME BEST. OVERALL, REALLY NICE STAFF AND A GREAT CUT & COLOUR, THANKS!
