I booked a last minute haircut through Treatwell after being let down elsewhere. Despite only booking an hour beforehand, the salon had my appointment on their system within minutes when I called to check. Tom did my haircut and he was brilliant - very friendly, asked lots of questions about how I usually have my hair done and did exactly what I asked, as well as making his own suggestions when I wasn't sure. I was very happy with the end result. Great experience, thank you!
