Whole place smelt of smoke. Stylist left halfway through treatment as 'shift was over' and bleach was left on 10 minutes. Was told not to book through treatwell as if i did, they couldn't guarantee that they would be able to stay until the end of service!? Extremely unhappy with the result. Have tried to contact them regarding this with no response.
