Can't fault the haircut itself, it wasn't a drastic change, just a trim/tidy up. I was in and out in 45 minutes. There was just a lack of ambience/welcoming feeling, the salon was cold and felt a bit bare - I was the only customer in, so perhaps that was why. Felt the staff were a little young/inexperienced, and for the full prices they charge doesn't feel as though you'd get the level of service you'd expect.
Salon was busy despite being a Tuesday afternoon. I went in for some blonde/balayage highlights and a trim. Salon is clean but not very inviting/luxurious. Colour not as expected (looks maybe one shade lighter - and is still brown) trim was fine, nothing special.
