Salon was busy despite being a Tuesday afternoon. I went in for some blonde/balayage highlights and a trim. Salon is clean but not very inviting/luxurious. Colour not as expected (looks maybe one shade lighter - and is still brown) trim was fine, nothing special.

Decidedly average experience. Reception staff were not welcoming and looked like they couldn’t be bothered being there. I got the feeling a lot of the staff were inexperienced. My haircut was ok but not worth the money I paid for it. I won’t be returning.
