Friendly-ish staff. Hair dying was quite messy, the foils were all over the place. When getting my hair dried the hairdresser was quite rough, scratching my forehead with the brush by accident and long nails scratching my ears. Had to wait with wet hair whilst the hairdresser was chatting to a co-worker as well which was frustrating.
