Friendly warm welcome, lovely coffee but could update the magazines however this did not matter to much as I was seen to straight away. Had my hair coloured by Jodie. I can’t fault it. She has done an amazing job and was very professional. Then had my haircut by James. Best haircut I’ve ever had. He knew exactly what I needed, very skilled and passionate. Salon was clean. Will certainly go again

Worst haircut I have ever received. Not only was the hairdresser extremely rough and heavy handed when washing and brushing my hair, she then proceeded to give me the most blunt, short and awful fringe, despite me explaining I did not want it too short. I have a middle parting with a long fringe on each side but she cut it so short and bluntly I almost started crying in the chair. She then ran off to her manager because she knew she had done it wrong, and he had to spend 10 minutes trying to fix it, which did not work because he just kept on adding more of my long bits and making it shorter.
The rest of the cut is also poor and for some reason she straightened my hair within an inch of its life, despite having booked a wash, cut and blow dry?!?!!?
After telling her and the manager that I did not like it, he told me to “live with it for a few days and come back if I’m not happy”. He’s just going to cut more off if I go back which I specifically said I did not want?
She then proceeded to get me my coat without even showing me the back of my hair in the mirror??? I did not query this because by this point I was about to burst into tears, so I just paid and left as quickly as possible. Upon reflection, I regret paying at all but I was so stressed and upset I just wanted to get out! Should be stated on here how experienced your stylist is, felt totally ambushed by her lack of knowledge and training.
