Very happy lady here! All the staff were super friendly, unlike other salons I’ve been to where it’s awkward. Had a half head of highlights and cut by Annelise and Jodie. Both really listened to what I wanted and gave me lots of advice. Price and service was exceptional. Love it!!!!!
Absolutely love my colour and cut! I’ve been to many other salons in Leeds’s and this is the best. Lovely atmosphere. Had Annelise colour my hair followed by Jodie cutting. Both girls were very professional throughout the whole service and really cared about what they were doing. Will certainly go back :) thankyou girls
Annalise was absolutely fantastic. The consultation was ever so reassuring and she absolutely nailed the colour for me.
Jodie who cut my hair was really friendly and the energy in the salon is buzzing. This is now my regular salon.

After booking my appointment I received a text from salon confirming it however they had added another 10 minutes onto the time I wanted. I needed to be out of the salon by half 5 and hoped I'd just make it with a 1hr appointment. I turned up at my origianl treatment time and was offered a drink and to give them my coat. It was cold without this with the door opening and closing.. after 15 mins of waiting and a different hairdresser apologising to a customer he was running late I asked the receptionist how long i would have to wait she explained why she was behind and would be about 10 minutes, she didn't seem happy and looked annoyed throughout my visit - not very welcoming. Another 20 mins passed and i again asked how long i would have to wait as there were 3 hairdressers stood chatting with receptionist and laughing. I appreciate they are entitled to breaks but after 45 minutes I was pretty angry by this point. I asked if someone else could do my hair as I needed to go and the service I received was completely unacceptable so far. I had my hair washed by a trainee who was lovely but took quite a while to wash my hair.. I was asked to move chairs and was sat directly next to the speaker which was very loud. I received a free treatment on my hair as an apology for delay which made my hair look healthy and refreshed.
I didn't get out of the salon till after 6pm and was late for an event with an upset child who was waiting for me.
The hairdresser did give me a good cut- though I found it strange she asked me to stand up for her to cut it? A more senior stylist also came over to give her tips to better cut my hair which I appreciate but delayed me even longer.
I really loved the haircut but I was really angry and upset at the service. I'd like to think I'd give the salon another chance for a better service but the customer service really let them down. I picked them cause they were so highly rated on treatwell so I really expected alot more.
