Not really what I expected. The staff were friendly and nice. But the hairdresser had two clients on the go and left me in the chair waiting for her 3 or more times. Also she had very long nails which hurt when washing my hair. Hair cut was fine, but didn’t come away with soft conditioned locks.

My visit to Pierre Alexander in Leeds exceeded expectations. I was happy with the consultation before my treatment, and the end result was excellent. I was offered a hairdryer and products to finish my own hair, which for me was preferable.
