The Bulgarian stylist who did my treatment (I don'r remember his name) was very caring, precise and nice. He took its time and did everything with attention. The rest of the staff, especially the girls, should smile more in my opinion and be more welcoming. Apart from that, my experience was good and I would reccomend the place for its value.

I don´t know why the lady who did my hair this day said that what I wanted "wasn´t included" in the price I had paid. I was totally shocked, because I have booked the same service (ombre) 4 times (4!) and this is the only one when I have been told something like that.
I don´t know very well the difference between what she did and what I had had done previous times, but my hair looks quite similar anyway.
