I was very satisfied with my overall experience with booking my hair appointment at Pierre Alexander, Leeds City Centre through Treatwell. The staff at the salon were polite and friendly and enjoyed a warm welcome by being offered a drink before the start of my appointment. Tom did my highlights; he seemed to understand what I wanted exactly and executed fantastically. The results were brilliant and I was delighted with my look. Daci did my cut and finish and he also was brilliant. A huge thanks to you guys; please keep up the excellent service. Would surely want to revisit in future. The only issue I felt was that the service was slightly overpriced and I think the £5 surcharge for the toner should be included in the overall price.

I really loved my haircut and styling! I appreciate that the first hairdresser that was going to cut my hair said she is no used with ladies short haircut. She called another hairdresser and James made an incredible job! It's not easy to find a good hairdresser for women’s short hair so I'll definitely recommend it!

My second visit and already booking for a third. Went for a brazillian blow dry and loved how every step was explained and also the aftercare. My roots needed re-doing and I had booked in for the week after, but Tom advised against this instead of leaving the decision up to me. Would recommend this salon to anybody.
