Really liked the colour but unfortunately washed out after 2 washes but the colour underneath was still nice. If it wasn't so expensive I would have been happier but even got charged extra £5 for long hair which has never happened before.

Love my full head of highlights and the treatment I received from the staff, however the transformation discounted deal did not include a blow dry or cut (extra £25) so I didn’t get the full experience of visiting a salon . Also toner was an extra (£5).

Bitter dissapointment!!!! Waited for 15 min without anyone saying anything, was moved to a difderent hairdresser without no explanation. My hairdresser was the worst I had so far. Didn't look like she know a lot about haircuts. Didn't speak or understand English, was yawning all the time and seemed not to care at all. I would have done a better job with the scissors at home. I paid 34 (extra 5 for medium hair) and I will nerver go back to them! One star is generous.
