Always a good root colour. Had big lumps of conditioner left in my hair after the wash so had to wipe it away. Much better now the descriptions have changed so you know you've got to dry your own hair and can plan accordingly!

The appointment was longer than I expected, but I’m happy with the outcome so don’t mind too much. The salon had only me in, and staff aren’t chatty, so I’m glad I took something to keep me busy. Ultimately, the haircut and balayage are both lovely, so I would recommend Pierre Alexander.
