After my first confirmation email was ignored by staff I had to rearrange a second appointment. Upon arrival to my second appointment I was rudely told I had missed it when in fact I was early. After confirming my arrival time was correct I was informed my stylist was finishing their shift in 10 minutes and I shouldn’t have been booked with them. After a lot of sighing, the stylist very reluctantly agreed to carry out my cut and finish, but I refused as I felt awkward didn’t want to make them stay against their will.
I didn’t bother to rearrange after this salon wasted my time twice. Poor organisation. Bad customer service. Avoid at all costs.

lovely well kept place with friendly staff, the gentleman who provided my service knew what I wanted done even when I couldn't figure out how to phrase it and despite me not being very talkative managed to coerce me into genuine conversation. would definitely recommend and revisit.
