Unfortunately on this occasion the service was unacceptable. I had booked in with the stylist who has done my hair since I have been going. I only booked in for a fringe trim as didn't have time for a hair cut but my fringe was getting unruly. I arrived 5 minutes early I could see was with another client, my stylist came over and informed me that I wasn't with her today and that she couldn't fit me in as she was already running behind and that I was with another lady who I did not want cutting my hair. After a few excuses which were all lies as I had booked it through treatwell and not the receptionist I left with no haircut not future booking and no time to find anywhere else to have it done. Now off to find a decent company who have higher customer service values as well as higher quality standards.

The haircut was great. I've never had a bob before so it was nerve wrecking.
I told the hairdresser to cut 7 inches off and explained what style I wanted after.
She suggested I not donate my hair to charity as she said it would be a waste! Why question what I want to do with my hair??
She looked bored, she didn't respond to anything I said and seemed like she just wanted to get it over with. She grabbed the scissors, and was going to cut my hair haphazardly without measuring 7 inches!!! I had to stop her. She looked annoyed. I just wanted to discuss what was going to happen.
Anyway, another staff member imterviened and got the measuring tape out. She measured it and still cut it off with no warning. The woman who cut my hair lacked communication skills.
However, she did do a marvelous job, so although it was nerve wrecking process, it was worth it.
I will come back again but will try to find another stylist as I would not risk her misunderstanding my requests. I would also like the entire experience to be stress-free, from start to finish.

The professionalism of the staff in this humble non pretentious salon in the heart of Didsbury Village is outstanding. Thank you for letting me just sit there and be pampered without the need for small talk or chit chat. Catia is an amazing I love her understated approach and technique with highlights. This salon is welcoming, efficient, excellent value and most importantly they listen to the customer and know what is contemporary. My only negative is one blonde stylist who really thinks she’s the Queen Bee demanding “assistant, assistant” at the top of her voice for the smallest job and then belittling the poor assistant in front of everyone.
