When I arrived Kali was very welcoming and offered to take my coat and get my a drink. She knew exactly what I wanted and did a great job of my hair.
The only thing that could be improved on was towards the end of the appointment the staff kept swapping clients which I thought was a bit odd - when they haven’t even spoken to the new client before touching their hair or even introducing themselves to them I thought this was a little intrusive. Other than this everything was good.

This was my second time here. I didn't particularly like the self-service aspect of blow-drying the first time, but it's pretty good value for highlights and I was really happy with the colour last time so I decided to try it again. This time I arrived on time and was told to sit, nobody told me what was going on, offered me a drink or take my coat, I sat waiting for 35 minutes completely ignored by staff until I made a point to ask the woman on the front desk what was going on. It's okay, I understand that they fall behind sometimes, but please communicate to your customers! I had no idea there was a wait, and not very nice when you've decided to treat yourself to something and are greeted like you are in the way. The woman who did my hair was very lovely and friendly, but I'm afraid I'm really disappointed with the results. The highlights are so sparse, you can still see my roots. I'm going to have to go to another salon and have it fixed, so pretty annoying. I also booked a full-head and she only did a half-head. Won't be coming back here or recommending I'm afraid.
