My appointment was at 6.30pm I had to wait 45 minutes for my stylist as he had another client, overall I was at the salon for 2 hours just for a cut & blow. I did get a complimentary hair treatment and my stylist didn’t rush my haircut due to time. I would go back if I don’t have to wait that long.
Colour was good the blow and dry was not what I wanted I have asked for big waves ended up looking like a curly sheep
It was satisfactory overall... head massage during the hair wash was fantastic. Hair cut itself felt very rushed and took only 30 minutes including blow dry. It was a very quick cut with no attention to detail and no checking that lengths were even on both sides etc. The hairdresser said she'd finish/check the cut once hair was dry but never did. I asked her to help me do something different with my fringe, but she didn't. I certainly didn't leave feeling pampered and definitely wouldn't return to that member of staff.
