The staff were very friendly and attentive, particularly the staff member who washed my hair as he did an incredibly thorough job and included a substantial head massage. In contrast, the haircut itself took 5 minutes flat. I was offered a hot drink, but unfortunately my request for decaf coffee could not be met. The water used during hair washing was cold. The salon lacked ambience and the mirrors were dirty. The haircut itself was fine and overall it was good value for money; I would return again.
