I was pleased with the result of my hair. I had an ombré and cut, both of wish were fab. The ambience in the salon was a little hectic and the service was ok. But at the end of the day, the results of the hair are the most important, so I would go back as it was also great value.

Unfortunately, we did not get the full hour that we paid for. We got 50 mins of massage.
The massage room definitely wasn't your usual haven of zen with a calming atmosphere. The floors were dirty, the room was too bright and it was absolutely freezing. Also the bed itself was highly uncomfortable. it had, what felt like at the time, 2 metal bars that dug painfully into my chin when I lay face down and so this contributed to an experience that was the total opposite of the relaxing and pampering session I had expected. I told my therapist that I was uncomfortable and that the room was very cold and she just responded with "it will heat up". It didn't. Also, I only realised after the treatment, I didn't get asked to complete the usual massage questionnaire about any injuries/allergies /medication etc.
Staff were lovely and the salon itself was very chic and modern.
