Really nice new salon. Would have helped the experience if they had not accepted my booking last minute if they didn't really have the time. I think they had a few problems dealing with bookings on treatwell.

A bit chaotic upon arrival. The lady on reception took my name but didn't give me any instructions I.e. "Take a seat, the stylist will be with you in a moment", or "would you like a drink", "can I take your coat?" She just go up and walked off. The stylist was nice though. She introduced herself, asked me when I last had my hair done last and what I was looking for today. I was having a full head of highlights done. Once she put all the foils in I was offered a drink and some magazines. She then put a timer on which I thought was very good as usually they leave the foils in for much longer than needed. However, once the timer had gone off and she checked the foils she said I needed another 5 minutes and disappeared. 20 minutes later I was still there with foils in...I asked not to have my hair blow dried as was going horse riding straight after and didn't want to pay for it but the stylist did it for me anyway for free which I thought was very nice. The products they use there are not great but overall it's a good value for money.

I really enjoyed my visit. Stacey was absolutely great. She knew exactly what I needed and was very good at making suggestion. What I also liked about her was that she was very friendly but not overly chatty which I really appreciated as I had a lot of work to go through.

Had a haircut and blow dry with Hanna @ Pierre Alexandre. Hanna did my short bob beautifully (I was a bit nervous as my bob nearly always ends up in disaster). She was very sweet, chatty and helpful (went to fetch some additional info about laser hair removal for me, too). Would go back again. Venue could be a bit cleaner - I came at 9am for the first appointment of the day and it was full of uncleaned hair from the day before.
