Loved the haircut and staff lovely. Very efficient and quick too. Salon is quite cluttered at the back and is clearly very busy and hectic. It is a good sign it is busy however just was not particularly relaxing.

My appointment was at 9 but i was kept waiting with no explanation. Turns out the stylist was colouring someone elses hair. Cut was ok, but a bit rushed. The salon seems much more focussed on colouring rather than cutting hair.

Felt extremely nervous in the chair, and that the haircut was rushed and quite harsh. Really not happy the layers that have been cut into my hair, they are so short that they do not blend into my hair and currently unmanageable to style. Honestly at a loss as to what to do with my hair.
